Bill Fruth with POLICOM Corporation compiled historical data and examined economic forecasting indicators to set measurable job creation goals for years 2012-2016 to stimulate economic growth. |

The EDC's strategic plan utilizes the POLICOM Corporation's Goal Setting Studies as a benchmark for and development of our job creation goals. Each year POLICOM publishes a performance report to track progress toward those goals.The studies below are posted for your convenience.
